Very helpful and honest. Due to my father planning on switching his residence to another state, we were informed in our FREE consultation that it's best we wait till father changes residency to another state and contact an estate planner there due to various reasons. He talked us out of doing business with him and then finding out we needed to re-do. I recommend Oak City for those who are permanent residents of NC.

I needed to update my existing will, durable POA, and Medical POA. I emailed the lawyer who wrote the originals. She had changed firms, and her fees had tripled in 2 years. I called Lars Kissling and one other firm based on reviews. Mr. Kissling seemed more interested in helping me than charging me (though we discussed fees, it was all in presentation). We met, we discussed my needed changes, his fee was much more reasonable than my previous lawyer, so I hired him. Less than a week later I had my fully executed will in hand. Believe the reviews, Mr. Kissling is kind and efficient. A great combination!
