Due to my father planning on switching his residence to another state, we were informed in our FREE consultation that it's best we wait till father changes residency to another state and contact an estate planner there due to various reasons. I needed to update my existing will, durable POA, and Medical POA. I emailed the lawyer who wrote the originals. She had changed firms, and her fees had tripled in 2 years. We met, we discussed my needed changes, his fee was much more reasonable than my previous lawyer, so I hired him. Less than a week later I had my fully executed will in hand.
